Following the successful recovery from the flood's aftermath, the next steps are underway at the Czech site to ensure optimal positioning for future requirements – both internal and external.
A key initiative is the expansion of production facilities: Additional space is being created around Hall D to relocate the assembly workstation there. Simultaneously, the area of Hall A is being expanded by 2,000 m². In the future, the maintenance department and toolmaking will find a new home there. The aim of these measures is to further optimize processes and to sustainably increase both quality and efficiency.
Another significant step involves our IT infrastructure: The transition from the existing ERP system INCLUDIS to MES Pharis is underway. With the new system, we are adopting a modern, future-oriented solution that enables comprehensive and efficient use of production data – a decisive step towards digitalization and Industry 4.0.
